We were in need of a new mattress and box springs. Susan O’Keane did a tremendous job of showing us several options and helping us choose the best one for our needs. The delivery crew also did a super job under some difficult conditions.

My husband and I had a great experience at this store. Susan was so helpful and friendly. She took the time to show us all of our option and decide on a sectional that will work in our house and will host many movie nights on!

Went looking for a reclining love seat. Susan O’Keane was a star helping us find one that would fit our needs and budget. It just arrived this weekend. Their delivery crew is fantastic and did a great job setting it up and showing us the features. I would highly recommend this store, it is well worth the wait.

Bought a washing machine for $741:00 and they delivered it on 6-24-24 and on 7-05 -24 it quit working . Did about 10 loads of laundry in between , called on the 5th and no customer service to answer the phone. Talked to a sales person and he told me to call GE service . Called them and they hang up the first time, called back and she said nobody can look at it till 7-12-24 between 8am -5pm. Not happy with John F. Schultz Company right now. Have done business with them for over 30 years and this is the worst customer service I have had . Nobody wants to answer phones anymore. Except to buy. Hopefully things work out bur I am not very hopeful. I have a filling I wasted $741.00 . If things work out I will post a positive post, but not very hopeful . Only left this post because of no customer service to talk to. / Update to post 7-09-24. Changed from 1 star to 5 star , first I want to say thank you to John for calling me about my washer and providing customer service. He is awesome business owner and stands behind his product. He worked out a deal with me to help me with the washer I bought. I regained my respect for Arthur F Schultz. But I will say i will check who does the warranty work on future appliances. GE uses Sears appliance repair for thier warranties and they are unprofessional. Had a appointment to fix washer and they had no record of my appointment, luckily because of John I could cancel my non-existent appointment. Thank you again John 👏

Starting our first move and had a whole list of things to get. Susan was an amazing help in checking off items! She was fun and personable and was knowledgeable on the different pieces offered, along with payment plans. We are long time customers at Arthur F. Schultz and their furniture has always been great quality at a pretty good price, but our latest experience was even better than the past thanks to Susan!

We purchased a Lazyboy sofa, loveseat and recliner from Arthur F. Schultz. The staff could not have been nicer, or more helpful. We visited several other furniture stores and found the quality and price at AFS to be better. The furniture arrived weeks before the estimated date. There was one component of the recliner we felt could have been manufactured a little nicer. We called AFC and they had sent someone out to inspect it. He listened to our concerns, took pictures and filed a claim on our behalf. In about three weeks we received a call that someone would be coming out to our house to install a new component of the chair. A repair person named Sebastian came with our new component and had it installed in about a little over a half hour. He was very patient and kind and resolved our issue. Thank you to Lazy Boy, Arthur F Shultz, and Sebastian. Furniture is not cheap these days and we are glad we ended up with a quality living room set.

Susan was excellent! She sent me multiple options with prices and offered free shipping. We needed something quick for a hurt family member being discharge from the hospital in a few days. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!

We went looking for a new sofa and had a wonderful experience. Karen Rastetter was our salesperson. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient with us. We were very happy with our visit and purchase. We will be back to see her for future purchases.
